Justin Garcia, EIT

Justin Garcia, EIT, serves as a Program Manager and Business Development Associate at Innoflight since January 2021, contributing to advanced avionics and cybersecurity systems. With military experience as a First and Second Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve since March 2019, Justin oversees the safety and training of soldiers. Prior engineering roles include Design Engineer at Nasland Engineering, focusing on construction plans across diverse projects, and Engineering Intern with the City of San Mateo, working on complex infrastructure projects. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of California, San Diego. Further experiences include leadership roles in customer service at Chick-fil-A and as a Resident Advisor at California Polytechnic State University.
