Peter Mauritz

Peter Mauritz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Peter is currently working as the Prolimity Project: Interim Sales/Financial/Scale-up Officer at Innok Robotics, where they support the company in reaching the next level of growth. Prior to this, they were the Founding and Managing Partner at PROLIMITY Capital Partners, specializing in investments and management services in the special situations and growth arena in Germany. Peter also worked as a German Public Auditor at a Wirtschaftsprüfungskanzlei (affiliated with Prolimity Capital Partners), focusing on consulting and turnaround strategies for under-performing and distressed corporates.

Additionally, Peter Mauritz had notable project roles at different companies, such as being the Lead Transformation Management Office at dormakaba Access Solutions D.A.CH, the Head Transformation Management Office at KUKA Industries, and the General & Operating Partner at RIGDON Tyres, where they successfully designed and executed transformation and turnaround programs.

Peter also held interim executive positions, including being the Representative of the Shareholder at Werhan KG and the General & Operating Partner at MAKA Systems GmbH, where they were responsible for executing transformation programs and achieving significant business growth. Moreover, they served as the Interim Executive/Group CFO & CRO for Navigon AG and Treofan, leading successful turnaround programs and creating substantial value for these portfolio companies owned by private equity groups.

Peter Mauritz's education history includes several degrees and certifications. In 1988, they received a Master of Banking & Finance (Diplom-Betriebswirt FH) from the University of Deutsche Bundesbank, with a focus on banking, banking supervision, finance, and legal studies. From 1990 to 1992, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the University of Tübingen, specializing in business administration, auditing, taxation, and business computer sciences. In 1994, they pursued a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Dr. rer. pol. - magna cum laude) at the University of Cologne, concentrating on business taxation and tax management. Furthermore, in 1996, they received a certification as a German Public Auditor (Wirtschaftsprüfer) from the Hessian Ministry of Economics, focusing on auditing, legal, and business administration.
