Lauren Sanders

Lauren Sanders is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in branding and marketing, currently serving as the Branding & Marketing Lead at Innoleaps since August 2020. In this role, Lauren contributes to the company's mission of transforming corporate innovation for leading CPG companies. Prior to this, Lauren held the same title at The Talent Institute, developing programs focused on talent growth and digital innovation. Additional experience includes roles in event coordination and management at Hyatt Regency Amsterdam, Small World Catering, Flavours Catering, and Donington Park Farmhouse Hotel. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Events Marketing, and Related Support Services from Rawlins Community College, and is known for strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, particularly in high-pressure situations.
