Minxu Li

Minxu Li has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Minxu started their career in 1999 at Intel Corporation as a Senior Process Engineer and worked there until 2000. After that, they joined Source Photonics as a Senior NPI Engineer and later became the Director of Transceiver Division Taiwan, where they managed R&D product development, engineering, and manufacturing. Minxu worked at Source Photonics until 2005.

In 2005, Minxu Li returned to Intel Corporation as a Sr. Process Engineer, focusing on defect metrology, process improvement, and yield enhancement. After a year, they joined Opnext as an NPI Engineer, responsible for successfully transferring production to the company's China-based CM, leading cost down redesign programs, and working closely with CMs to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

In 2009, Li joined InnoLight Technology as the Director of QA and later became the Director of Engineering and Manufacturing. Finally, in February 2014, they were promoted to Sr. Director of Marketing at InnoLight Technology, where they currently hold a role.

Minxu Li pursued a bachelor's degree in Physics at Jilin University from 1981 to 1985. Following this, from 1985 to 1988, they attended Peking University as a Master Degree Candidate, specializing in Physics. Minxu continued their academic journey by pursuing a Ph.D. in Applied Physics at William & Mary from 1989 to 1994.
