Konstantin Solodovnikov

Konstantin Solodovnikov has been working in the corporate world since 1997. Konstantin began their career at Uralkali Trading SA, where they held the roles of Director Sales & Marketing and Deputy Sales & Marketing Director. In 2012, they joined Belarusian Potash Company (BPC) as First Deputy General Director. In 2015, they moved to Alrosa Company Limited, where they held the roles of Deputy MD Sales, United Sales Organization and Deputy MD Business Development, United Sales Organization. In 2017, they joined Rusagro as Commercial Director, Agribusiness. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at INNOLITH.

Konstantin Solodovnikov has a diverse educational background. Konstantin began their studies in 1992 at Perm State Technical University (PSTU), where they earned a Diploma in Economics and Management in 1997. Konstantin then went on to pursue a BA in Business Administration at the University of Brighton from 1995 to 1996. In 2009, they completed an EMBA in Business Administration at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
