Amélie Basque-Chapman

Amélie Basque-Chapman has a diverse work experience in various roles. Amélie worked at Innomar Strategies from 2005 onwards, starting as a Program Manager and later becoming a Senior Manager of Internal Operations. In 2014, they were promoted to the position of Senior Manager of Learning & Performance, responsible for implementing programs, training, and call quality monitoring. In 2018, they became the Director of Learning & Performance, overseeing the development of innovative learning experiences and managing a swat team for workload needs. Prior to their time at Innomar Strategies, they worked as a Lawyer at Cabinet Bélanger from 2003-2004.

Amélie Basque-Chapman obtained a Permit of Practice in Law from École du Barreau du Québec in 2002. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, completing their studies between 1998 and 2001. Amélie also holds a certification in Leadership Essentials Limited from GP Strategies Corporation, which was obtained in 2023.
