John Ficele

John Ficele has a diverse work experience spanning over 26 years. John is currently employed as a Senior Director of Customer Experience at Innomar Strategies since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at HealthForward as the Director of Payer & Manufacturer Relationships from August 2019 to April 2023. Before that, they held various positions at Apotex Inc. for a total of 9 years, including Director of Market Access, Associate Director of Marketing, and Marketing Manager. John'searlier experience includes roles at Sigma-Aldrich as a Marketing and Sales Support Manager, at Invitrogen as a Marketing Manager, and at Upstate Biotechnology as Technical Support and Product Management.

John Ficele attended the University of Toronto from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology. John then pursued further education at the Atlantic Veterinary College from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Molecular Biology. In 2019, John Ficele obtained the Certified Market Access Professional (CMAP) certification from the Canadian Association for Healthcare Reimbursement (CAHR).
