Laura Magee is an experienced Reimbursement Specialist at Innomar Strategies since October 2017, with a strong background in customer service and event management. Previously, Laura served as a Customer Service Clerk for the City of Burlington, where notable achievements included receiving a monetary award for creating a cost analysis spreadsheet during a facility closure. Earlier roles include Account Executive at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, managing ticket sales and customer satisfaction for Toronto FC, and Program/Club Manager at North Toronto Soccer Club, overseeing a large youth membership and volunteer recruitment. Laura began their career as a Sales & Marketing Assistant at Dunlop Sports Canada, supporting sales initiatives and marketing strategies.
