Raymundo Cortes

Raymundo Cortes has extensive experience in manufacturing management, currently serving as Plant Manager at Innophos since February 2022, previously holding the title of Production Manager. Prior roles include Production Manager at Amorim Cork America and Plant General Manager at EAT Club, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing processes. As Plant Manager at Prolec GE, the largest transformer producer in Latin America, Raymundo managed a leadership team and a significant workforce. At Qualtia Alimentos, the second-largest producer of ham and sausages in Mexico, leadership extended to a diverse management team. Early career roles included Lean Manufacturing Coordinator at Xignux and Arnecom Industrias, and participation in a leadership development program at Johnson Controls. Raymundo holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from EGADE Business School and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Monterrey.
