Robert Finn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Robert started their career as a Research Assistant at Syracuse University in 1997. Robert then joined Rhodia as a Sr Scientist in 2002 before moving on to Innophos in 2004. At Innophos, they held various positions including Sr Scientist, Sr Scientist II, and Sr Staff Scientist. Robert later became the Principal Scientist, where they supervised a team and led projects from ideation to commercialization. In 2014, Robert Finn was promoted to the role of Director Research & Development at Innophos, where they were responsible for strategic direction, new product development, and intellectual property strategy.
Robert Finn completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at King's College from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry at Syracuse University from 1997 to 2001.
