Elisa Longás, PhD

Elisa Longás, PhD has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in business development, project management, sales, and marketing. Elisa conducted their research in the Department of Genome Dynamics and Function under the supervision of Dr. Margarita Salas. Elisa also had a brief stint as an Associate Research Fellow at Estación Experimental Aula Dei (CSIC) in 2001, where they worked in the Department of Genetics and Plant Production's Laboratory of Molecular Markers. Elisa's first industry experience was at Alcala Farma in 2000 as an Associate Research Fellow in the R&D Product Development division with a focus on analytical development in the pharmaceutical field.

Elisa Longás, PhD, completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the University of Navarra, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. Following this, they pursued a PhD in Molecular Biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, which they successfully completed between 2002 and 2008. In 2015, Elisa obtained a Master's degree in Business and Corporate Management from Esade.
