Maxim Tikhonov has extensive work experience, starting in 2006 as a Project Manager at CBOSS, where they managed software development projects in telecommunications services. Maxim then worked at Kaspersky Lab as a Program Manager, overseeing the development of core technology components and managing the software development cycle. At Ashmanov&Partners, they held multiple roles, including Chief Technology Officer and Project Director, where they governed IT infrastructure, evaluated new projects, and managed a portfolio of projects. Maxim later joined Remparo as the CEO of start-up Ashmanov & Partners, where they defined and executed technical and product strategies. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Innova Distribution, driving the strategy and vision for company operations and implementing programmatic solutions.
Maxim Tikhonov obtained a Master's degree in Applied Informatics from the Russian University of Humanities between 2001 and 2006.
