Jim Gilbert

Jim Gilbert has a strong background in operations and management. Jim is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Innova Care Concepts. Prior to that, they held roles as Operations Director and Operations Manager at Hurst Stores & Interiors from 2015 to 2022. Jim also served as Operations Director at Birley Manufacturing from 2013 to 2014 and as Manufacturing Director from 2010 to 2012. Jim has extensive experience as an Operations Director at Ricert Ltd from 2005 to 2010 and at MICE Group PLC from 2003 to 2005. Jim also served as Operations Director at Mice Kaymar Ltd from 2002 to 2005. Before that, they held the position of Business Development Director at Havelock Europa from 1998 to 2002 and Operations Manager at SDE Ltd from 1997 to 1999. Jim started their career as a Project Manager at DRM Display Industries Ltd from 1985 to 1993.

Jim Gilbert attended The Highlands Grammar School in Halifax from 1977 to 1981.
