Federica Ferraro is an experienced professional in marketing and back office operations, currently serving in the back office at Innova Finance since September 2022. Prior roles include marketing and sales back office positions at Best Tool S.r.L. and Pentasoft, where responsibilities encompassed content and social media marketing, website content management, email campaigns, design creation, and CRM management.
