Warren Tom

Warren Tom has extensive experience in various industries, with a focus on turnaround management and increasing profitability. Warren served as President of INNOVA Medical Ophthalmics, where they successfully sold multiple companies after turnaround. As Senior Vice President and Managing Director at FirstOnSite Restoration, Warren managed the Ontario branch network, overseeing operations, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing. Warren was the Chief Operating Officer at CAA South Central Ontario, responsible for developing strategies and transforming the organization. Before that, Warren was the President and CEO of Thomas Cook Canada. Warren also held positions at OfficeMax Grand & Toy, Rogers Wireless, Loeb Foods, and Arthur Andersen & Co.

Warren Tom attended the Insurance Institute of Canada and obtained the degree of Chartered Insurance Professional in 2009. Warren also attended the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants and achieved the degree of Chartered Professional Accountant in 1985. Prior to that, they attended McGill University and graduated with a B. Comm, With Great Distinction in 1982, majoring in Accounting and Management Information Systems.
