Jay Pandey

Jay Pandey is the Head of Legal for Innova Solutions in India and Asia Pacific, overseeing a team of approximately 50 in-house lawyers and professionals who partner with various businesses and operations worldwide. With a background in legal and corporate affairs, Jay has also held key roles in companies such as UnitedHealth Group, GlobalLogic, Corforge, Evalueserve, and Singhania & Co LLP. Jay holds an MBA in Management from SMU and a degree in LL.B. from the University of Lucknow.
