Victoria Valenzuela

Victoria (Tory) Valenzuela is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at AppLovin where she oversees all areas of legal, advises on major legal, transactional and regulatory issues and is responsible for compliance. Prior to joining AppLovin, Tory served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Machine Zone from 2015 to May 2020. Previous roles include General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Affairs, and Corporate Secretary at Cypress Semiconductor, as well as an M&A and Securities Attorney with Clifford Chance US and Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Tory holds a Law degree from Stanford University Law School.
