Joji Litto

Joji Litto is currently serving as the Sr. Director of HR at Innova Solutions since January 2023. Prior to this role, Joji held various leadership positions at Tech Mahindra from May 2010 to January 2023, including Group Manager in Leadership Learning Services and Talent Management. Joji also served as a Sr. Manager at BMC Software and as an HR Manager at KPIT Cummins Infosystems Limited. Joji holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
