Michael Reckord

Michael Reckord has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michael currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Innova Solutions, a rapidly growing Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and the largest diversity-owned Talent Solutions firm in the US. In this role, they oversee a team of over 1000 Technical recruiters and assists candidates and consultants in finding the right opportunities with clients.

Prior to this, Michael Reckord was the Chief Executive Officer at Recruiting Network Solutions from 2015 to 2021. During their tenure, they set the strategic direction for technology service offerings and provided leadership and support to the sales and recruiting teams. The company's management team had a combined 35 years of staffing experience on a national level.

Before that, Michael Reckord served as the President at King of Hoops, a premier event and sports marketing company specializing in high-level basketball events. Michael was instrumental in hosting top summer Pro Am events that attracted current and former NBA, D-League, Euro-League, and top amateur players from around the globe.

Additionally, Michael Reckord has experience in the non-profit sector as the COO of the Atlanta chapter of the National Basketball Retired Players Association from 2009 to 2018. Michael was responsible for administrative and organizational matters, led the Advisory Board, and ensured that all roles understood and fulfilled their responsibilities.

Michael'searlier experience includes working as a Regional Director at Technical Resource Group from 1992 to 2014. In this role, they developed and implemented recruiting strategies, managed day-to-day staffing, coordinated requirements with hiring managers, reported on recruiting activities, and implemented fair and equal interview and evaluation processes.

From 1984 to 1987, Michael Reckord attended JJ Pearce, where they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Michael did not complete a degree during this period. Later, from 1988 to 1991, Michael Reckord enrolled at Texas Tech University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in RHIM (Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management).
