Raghu Raman is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in transformation and change management within the technology and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Business Head at Innova Solutions since May 2023, Raghu oversees initiatives for major retail banks, wealth managers, and capital markets. Previously, Raghu held the position of Business Head for BFS at Globant from 2022 to September 2023, demonstrating strong people management and problem-solving skills. Prior to that, Raghu was a Strategic Partner and Business Unit Head at DXC from 2018 to 2021, focusing on business management and operational delivery. Raghu's career, spanning from 1994 to 2018 across companies like Reuters, Satyam, Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and Wipro, has consistently emphasized client engagement and relationship-building leading to successful new business acquisition and account management.
