Shelton Guinn

Shelton Guinn is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Administration at Innova Solutions. Prior to this role, Shelton held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MarketSource Inc. from May 2017 to December 2022. Before that, Shelton worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Aerotek from 1997 to May 2017, where Shelton also served as the Executive Director of Diversity & Inclusion and Director of National Sales. Throughout their career, Shelton has played key roles in developing and implementing human resources, diversity, and inclusion strategies, as well as building strategic relationships and opportunities for growth.
