Peter Kay is an experienced tax professional with extensive expertise in multinational tax compliance and advisory services. Currently serving as the Director of Tax at InnovaCare Health since September 2022, Peter previously held the role of Global Tax Director at Mitsubishi Power Americas and served as a Tax Partner at KPMG US for nearly two decades, focusing on financial sector clients. Peter's earlier career includes significant positions at Credit Suisse as Vice President of Tax, Arthur Andersen & Co. in Real Estate Tax, and PwC in Banking Tax. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College and continued education at Baruch College.
