Michelle Zilisch

Michelle Zilisch is an experienced leader in product development and management, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development at Innovaccer since February 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held positions as Sr. Director of Product Solutions at Episource and Director of Product Management at Datavant, showcasing a strong background in product strategies and solutions. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Product Manager at Ciox Health and various leadership roles at Advantmed and Cotiviti, where expertise in risk adjustment and client solutions was demonstrated. Michelle’s career began in clinical applications and systems training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, complemented by an educational background in History and Political Science from Iowa State University, Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Educational Technology from the University of Northern Iowa, and Paralegal studies at Kirkwood Community College.
