Michelle Cannizzaro

Michelle Cannizzaro, MBA, is an experienced professional in product strategy and development, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Strategy & Development at Medica since September 2023. In this role, Michelle drives commercial product segment strategy and innovation while fostering cross-functional collaboration. Prior to Medica, Michelle held the position of Strategic Initiatives Portfolio Lead at Medtronic from May 2020 to August 2023 and previously worked at Optum in various capacities, including Product Director for Population Health Solutions. From 2007 to November 2015, Michelle was with UnitedHealth Group, where roles included Underwriting Director and Senior Underwriter Team Lead. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Minnesota and an MBA with a focus on Health Care Administration from American InterContinental University.
