Victoria Smiroldo

Victoria Smiroldo, CRCR, currently serves as Director of Solution Engineering at Innovaccer, a role held since August 2025. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Solution Consultant and Sales Enablement at RevSpring, Solutions Architect at On Point Consulting Group, and Solutions Engineer at Pear Therapeutics, where Victoria developed tracking tools and supported Salesforce implementation. Additional expertise was gained at TailorMed as Project Manager and Solution Engineer, and throughout a nine-year tenure at Cerner Corporation in various senior consulting roles focused on patient access and revenue cycle. Victoria began a career in customer service and project management with positions at NKC Custom Apparel and completed an internship with the Veterans Health Administration. Educationally, Victoria holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
