Julien Perrotin

Julien Perrotin is a skilled project manager with extensive experience in performance optimization and change management across various industries. Currently serving as Chef de projet performance at InnovaFeed since August 2019, Julien has previously held senior consultant and internal consultant roles at Capgemini Invent and Carrefour, respectively. Julien's expertise includes implementing lean tools for continuous improvement and developing operational standards to enhance efficiency in large retail networks. With a solid foundation as an engineer in project management from Eurofins Group and Danone, Julien has consistently achieved significant cost savings and production gains through innovative process optimizations.
