Barb Gutierrez

Barb Gutierrez is currently the CFO at InnovAge. Prior to their current position, they held various finance-related positions at Strad Energy Services Ltd., Jones Knowledge Group, Quovadx, PhyCor of Denver Inc., Swedish Medical Center, Pres/St.Lukes Med Center, and Spalding Rehab Hospital. Barb began their career as a Sr. Accountant at Deloitte & Touche in 1984.

Gutierrez has been recognized throughout their career for their leadership and financial expertise. In 2011, they were promoted to SVP of Corporate Services for North America at Strad Energy Services Ltd. and was responsible for Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal/Contracts/Risk Management, Fleet and Facilities, Business Systems and Services for North America. Barb was the sole US representative on the four-member Corporate Executive Team.

At InnovAge (NASDAQ: INNV), they served as the CFO/SVP where they were responsible for the financial management of Jones International University, Jones/NCTI, Jones eGlobal Libary, and Jones Knowledge Integration Group.

Gutierrez is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Metropolitan State University of Denver.

Barb Gutierrez has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Denver. Barb is certified from the Women's Leadership Foundation in BoardBound Graduate and from the AICPA in Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

They are on a team with Alice Raia - CIO, Richard Feifer - Chief Medical Officer, and Carol Steckel - EVP, Government Relations. Their manager is Patrick Blair, President & CEO.
