Gabriel Silversmith serves as the State Medical Director for InnovAge in Colorado since March 2019, overseeing primary care operations across PACE centers and collaborating with national and center-based leadership to enhance quality improvement and participant satisfaction. Prior roles include Area Medical Director for Northern Colorado and Center Medical Director at InnovAge, where Gabriel managed medical care and operational efficiency. Prior to InnovAge, Gabriel practiced at Kaiser Permanente and Mount Sinai Health System, focusing on home-based primary care for older adults and managing complex medical needs as an attending physician. Gabriel’s educational background includes a BA in Cognitive Science & Psychology from Yale University, an MD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, and an MS in Behavioral Economics & Decision Research from Carnegie Mellon University.
