Glen Smith

Glen Smith serves as the Director of Sales Operations at InnovAge since October 2019 and is also the Principal and Consultant at S.O. Consulting, LLC, where expertise is provided in leadership, sales, operations, and customer experience excellence. In addition, Glen Smith is a Council Member at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group). Previous experience includes roles such as Executive Operations Director at America's Security Solar Pest, Senior Director of Dealer Partnerships at ADT Security, National Sales Manager at Dish Network, and Regional Field Sales Manager at Qwest Communications, covering a span of leadership positions since 2001. Glen Smith holds a BSBA in Business Management from the University of Denver.
