Ian Jacobs

Ian Jacobs is a Clinical Quality Improvement Advisor at InnovAge since July 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Triage Nurse at Denver Health from September 2019 to June 2020, focusing on telehealth triage to guide patients on their care needs and reduce emergency department overcrowding. Ian also worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse in the ICU at Presbyterian Healthcare Services from January to December 2018 and as a Registered Nurse in the ER at the same organization from April 2013 to November 2014. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Health Informatics at Regis University, Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Oregon State University.
