Kenneth Bowers

Kenneth Bowers, MBA, is an experienced supply chain management professional currently serving as the Manager of Sourcing at InnovAge since July 2022, where responsibilities include developing strategic category plans, managing sourcing initiatives, and leading negotiation strategies for complex multi-year deals. Prior to InnovAge, Kenneth held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Bron Tapes, overseeing inventory purchasing and supplier relationships, and served in various roles at Charter Communications, including Sr. Buyer and Buyer, managing contract processes and vendor relationships. Kenneth began the career as an Order Fulfillment Analyst at Outward Hound and has also worked in customer service roles at Dish Network and Lowe's Home Improvement. Kenneth holds an MBA in Operations/Supply Chain from Southern New Hampshire University and a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing from Colorado State University.
