Margaret Hewitt

Margaret Hewitt, LEED AP, ENV SP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Real Estate Development at InnovAge since April 2021. Previously, Margaret held positions as the Director of Planning, Design and Construction at The MetroHealth System, CEO and Founder of The Construction Green Team, Principal at HLMS Sustainability Solutions, and Vice President of Construction Services at University Hospitals. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Development at Cedarwood Development, Implementation Project Manager at Progressive Insurance, Program Manager at URS Corporation, Director of the Capital Improvement Program for Chicago Public Schools, and Assistant Development Manager at the Metropolitan Pier & Exposition Authority. Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completed graduate business courses at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
