Nancy Fulton

Nancy Fulton is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Vice President of Accounting at InnovAge since April 2020. Previously, Nancy held various roles, including Consultant at RGP, where assistance was provided to private companies preparing for initial public filings, and CFO at Zoola Inc., where significant financial strategies were implemented, including raising $40 million in capital and managing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing. Nancy's extensive experience at Carlson Wagonlit Travel involved multiple leadership positions, including V.P. Compliance and VP of Finance for Europe, where efforts were made to enhance compliance controls and integrate acquisitions. Earlier in their career, Nancy worked as Senior Fund Controller at OppenheimerFunds and as Audit Senior at Deloitte & Touche. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Colorado State University.
