Paige Johnson

Paige Johnson, MA, CPTM, is currently the Vice President of HR Operations and Talent Strategy at InnovAge, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Paige served as the Executive Director of Learning and Development at InnovAge and held the role of Head of Learning and Development at Momentum ITSMA from April 2022 to October 2023. Prior to that, Paige was the Director of Learning and Development at Versapay and Transcarent. Paige's extensive experience in the healthcare sector includes roles at Legacy Healthcare Services, ranging from Area Director of Operations to Physical Therapist Assistant. Paige holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, a Bachelor's degree in Business and Leadership from North Greenville University, and an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy from Brown Mackie College.
