Patricia Sanchez

Patricia Sanchez serves as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at InnovAge since April 2022, following a tenure at Kaiser Permanente where responsibilities included serving as a regulatory attorney for the Medicare line of business and liaising with regulators. Prior to that, Patricia was Associate General Counsel at Molina Healthcare, providing legal guidance on healthcare laws and handling transactional matters for Medicaid health plans. Previous experience as an attorney at Fenton Nelson, LLP focused on regulatory compliance for healthcare clients, alongside roles at Fenwick and West and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Patricia holds a Juris Doctorate in Health Law from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, an MPH in Public Health from UCLA, and a BA in Social Welfare with a psychology emphasis from the University of California, Berkeley.
