Zach Barnes is a Service Desk Analyst at RES since September 2022, bringing extensive culinary experience from prior roles. Prior to RES, Zach served as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center and Chef at Flights Wine Cafe. Additional culinary positions include Resort Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef at Omni Interlocken Resort, as well as various culinary roles at Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Zach's early career includes positions as Line Cook and Sous Chef at Marcus Hotels & Resorts and Fratellos Waterfront Restaurant, respectively. Zach began professional experience in customer service roles at The Home Depot and Target. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Advertising from Bradley University.
