Ms. Stockburger is a highly accomplished Strategic Planning and Corporate Transaction Executive with proven expertise backed by an extensive portfolio of successful business development deals. She spent almost 30 years at Johnson & Johnson where she held multiple business development and finance roles in various areas including Medical Devices, Corporate and Consumer. She is the former Worldwide Vice President, Business Development, where she oversaw the group’s merger and acquisition activities and led J&J’s efforts to acquire Synthes for approximately $21BN. Ms. Stockburger has completed numerous M&A, licensing agreements and divestitures across the corporation, with cumulative purchase prices in excess of $70 BN. These transactions included Pfizer Consumer HealthCare, Aveeno, BabyCenter, OraPharma, DePuy, DePuy Mitek, Kodak Clinical Diagnostics and Neutrogena. Before joining J&J, Ms. Stockburger spent three years at PriceWaterhouse Coopers, where she earned her CPA certification.
She received her BS and MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
