Deborah Istenes

Deborah Istenes has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on human resources and administrative management. Deborah started their career at Firstar Bank as a Vault Teller in 1996 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they served as a Branch Manager at Citizens. In 2005, they joined Tops Markets as an Executive Administrative Assistant. In 2006, they moved to Innovairre and held various roles over the years, including Administrative Manager, Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Director of People Analytics, and currently serving as VP of Human Resources since November 2022.

Deborah Istenes holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice/General Studies from The University of Akron. Deborah also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Organizational Leadership from the same institution.
