Christhannah Luten, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as VP of Human Resources at Sierra Central Credit Union since June 2025. Prior to this role, Christhannah held positions including Head of People and Culture at The Larkin Company, where initiatives in organizational growth and high-performance culture were implemented, and Director of Human Resources at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc., focusing on mission-aligned HR strategies. Experience also includes Executive Director and CHRO at Alluma, where a comprehensive People Strategy was developed, and various roles in human resources and education across organizations such as the State of California and Sony Ericsson. Christhannah's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor's degree in Education from Obafemi Awolowo University.
