Dwayne Behrens

Dwayne Behrens has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. In 1995, they founded Surplus Coatings, where they focused on recycling all forms of powder coatings and analyzing their raw materials for efficient recycling. In 2001, they became the President of Coatings By PCD. In 2004, they started PCD Construction LLC, which specialized in vacation/resort and residential housing rentals. In 2008, they became a member of 2825 17 Mile RD LLC, an industrial warehouse company. In 2013, Dwayne became the President of MIT Powder Coatings Online Store, an eCommerce store specializing in powder coating and supplies. Finally, in 2019, they co-founded Innovakote, a company dedicated to reducing waste in the powder coating industry.
