Martial Busuttil

Martial Busuttil currently serves as the Directeur de la vie coopérative et de la communication at INNOVAL since January 2021. Formerly, Martial held multiple roles at Michelin from 2010 to 2020, including Manager de transition en atelier de production, where a framework for a team of 48 employees was rebuilt, and Consultant en organisation responsible for change management during a major reorganization initiated in 2017. Prior experience includes directing communication and change management at the Association des Cités du Secours Catholique, leading communication and public relations at Scouts et Guides de France, and serving as a project manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development. Martial's educational background includes a degree in political science from Sciences Po Lyon, a doctorate in contemporary history from Université Lumière Lyon 2, and specialized training in international law and humanitarian action from Aix-Marseille University.
