Willem Wester is an experienced professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Owner of Wester Academy. With a substantial tenure at Pon Automotive since 2015, Willem has focused on warranty programs and the implementation of a planning excellence program for after-sales. At Bochane Groep, Willem has been coaching over 20 automotive dealerships to enhance their workshop performance since 2012. As an E-learning specialist and training development partner at Innovam since 2010, Willem contributes to the advancement of training methodologies. Additional experiences include sales training at General Motors since 2003 and freelance development and training roles at Raytheon Professional Services since 2000. Willem's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from HKU, with majors in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Certified Instructional Designer credential from ASTD and recognition as a Certified Master Trainer in Training and Development.
