Laura Morera Ubeda

Laura Morera Ubeda is an experienced educator and academic specializing in mathematics education. Currently serving as a professora at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya since January 2024, Laura has held various significant roles including presidenta at eXplorium and colaboradora didáctica at Innovamat. Laura's previous experience includes an associate professor position at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona from September 2009 to August 2022 and teaching mathematics at Aula Escola Europea from September 2006 to June 2015. Laura obtained a doctorate in Didactics of Mathematics and Experimental Sciences from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on the impact of collaborative and technological work on geometric argumentation skills.
