Mariana Lorena Montes y Morán

Mariana Lorena Montes y Morán has work experience in various organizations. Mariana Lorena started their career in 2016 as a SCHOOL at Tec De Monterrey Prep School and worked there until 2018. In 2018, they joined Tecnológico de Monterrey as an Organizational Psychologist and also worked as a University during that time. Mariana then interned at General Motors as a Human Resources Intern from June 2021 to December 2022, where they handled logistics for national and state-level events and implemented effective strategies for employee development and well-being. Currently, Mariana is employed at Innovamat as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, starting in May 2023.

Mariana Lorena Montes y Morán completed their high school education at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2015 to 2018, earning their High School Diploma with a field of study in innovation. Following that, from 2018 to 2022, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Tecnológico de Monterrey.
