Blaire Matthees is currently working as a Marketing Communications Specialist at Innovance Inc, the parent company for a family of four 100% employee-owned manufacturing companies. Blaire previously held positions such as PD Project & Sourcing Coordinator at Gopher Sport, Philanthropy Intern at Mayo Clinic, Guest Service Representative at Holiday Inn Express & Suites, and Assistant Teacher at Valleyland Kids: School-Aged Childcare. Blaire completed a Product Management Development program and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Winona State University.
