Batuhan Demiröz began their work experience in 2016 as a Front Desk Staff at My Staff İnsan Kaynakları. In 2018, they worked as a Social Media Evaluator at Appen. In 2021, they joined TEB as a Kurumsal Büyük Firmalar Satış Yetkilisi. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at Innovance Consultancy starting from December 2022.

Batuhan Demiröz completed their high school education at Sırrı Yırcalı Anadolu Lisesi from 2010 to 2015, obtaining a High School Diploma. Batuhan then pursued their undergraduate studies at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi (Middle East Technical University) from 2015 to 2021, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Groningen from 2019 to 2020, focusing on Business Administration.

Batuhan Demiröz also has several certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In March 2021, they obtained the "Excel Skills for Business: Essentials" certification from Coursera. In September 2020, they completed the "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" course from Google Digital Garage. Furthermore, they obtained the "TIMES Case Study Competition" certification from ESTIEM in December 2020. Moving on to 2022, in June they accomplished the "Intermediate SQL Queries" certification from DataCamp, and in September, the "SQL for Joining Data" certificate, also from DataCamp. In October 2022, they successfully completed the "Understanding Data Visualization" course from DataCamp. Lastly, in May 2023, they acquired "The Future of Work: The Necessary Skills of Your Future Workforce" certification from LinkedIn.
