Jose K Joy

Jose K Joy is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Design at Innovapptive Inc since November 2024, following a tenure in the same role at Airmeet from March 2022 to October 2024, where responsibilities included mentoring the design team and advocating for user needs. Prior to Airmeet, Jose held the position of Principal UX Designer and Head of Design at Tricon Infotech from January 2014 to February 2022, focusing on client engagement and customized design strategies. Earlier roles include Principal Designer and UX Consultant at NICEFIT Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and Pensio Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., respectively, where significant work was done on innovative payment systems and web portals. Jose began the career at Naukri.com as a Design Intern, contributing to the development of an integrated online recruitment system.
