Prabhat is the Senior Director - People & Culture at Innovapptive, heading the entire HR Operations at GDC office in Hyderabad. He comes with 16 years of experience and expertise encompassing complete HR gamut. He has been associated with various organizations including Tech Mahindra, Infosys and TA Digital.

As Head of Human Resources and Administration functions, he was responsible for planning, operations, and strategy of resources. He also spearheaded the efforts to attract, retain and develop exceptional talent and create a world-class workplace. He strongly believes that the real growth and development of any organization happens when we have the mindset to leverage the synergy of Human, Technology and Business elements. He has a vast experience in Talent Acquisition, Core HR - Business Partnering, Organization Development, and L&D.

He has been a proposer for a Competency Enhancement procedure at organizations that guides the managers to drive the standard needs of the company. Prabhat holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration - specialized in Human Resource Development & Organization Development from the IMDR - Pune.
