Danielle Sahlin

Danielle Sahlin serves as the Senior Director of People & Culture at the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library since August 2025. Previously, Danielle held the position of Vice President of People at Electra Vehicles, Inc. from June 2023 to October 2025 and also served as the Head of People at the same company. At Trigger - The XR Agency, Danielle was the VP of People & Culture from May 2022 to June 2023, focusing on strategic people and culture initiatives within the AR, VR, and Web3 sectors. Danielle's experience at Bishop Fox as the Director of Human Resources spanned from February 2016 to May 2022, where complex global HR projects were managed to support the company's growth in offensive cybersecurity. Danielle also held the title of Director of Human Capital at PracticeMax and was responsible for comprehensive HR functions. Earlier experience includes the role of Human Resources Manager at Lowell Observatory, where an HR department was established for over 100 employees. Danielle holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business and Management and Operations from Northern Arizona University.
