Bronya Meharg has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Bronya started their career as a Paint Associate (Design) at The Home Depot in 2006 and worked there until 2011. Bronya then joined ORBβ„’, a toy and activities company, where they worked as a Graphic Production Assistant and later as a Product Developer - Licensing Toy Designer, collaborating with companies like Disney and Mattel on their licensed products. In 2016, they became a Senior Marketing Graphic Designer at STI Technologies Limited, where they conducted research and designed creative assets for pharmaceutical brands. Bronya led design thinking meetings, served as the lead on corporate events, and coordinated staff events. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Fleetway Inc. as a Multimedia Developer, creating graphical user interfaces, motion graphics, and technical illustrations for training purposes. Currently, they are employed at Innovasea as a UX & Information Designer.

Bronya Meharg has a diverse education history. Bronya attended Lockview High School, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. From 2007 to 2008, they studied Graphic Design/Photo at Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC. Later, from 2008 to 2011, Bronya pursued Product Design and earned a Bachelor of Design (BDes) degree from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. In 2016, they attended IDEA Bootcamp and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Product Design.

In addition to their formal education, Bronya Meharg has obtained several certifications. Bronya completed the Skillsoft course "Developing and Supporting an Agile Mindset" in March 2021. Bronya also completed various courses on Lynda.com, including "Adobe Captivate Essential Training," "Adobe Captivate Quick Tips," "Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design," "Elearning Development Tips," "Trello Essential Training," "Public Speaking," "Giving and Receiving Feedback," and "Holding Yourself Accountable" in various months and years. Furthermore, they have completed the "Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design" course from the Google UX Design Professional program, although the month and year of completion are unspecified.
